• Google Analytics data: We access the Google Analytics 4 properties you explicitly grant us permission to read. We use this data solely to generate your reports and never share it with third parties.
• Usage data: We store the reports we generate for you so you can access them later. We may also collect basic server logs (IP address, browser type, page views) for security and debugging purposes.
• Cookies & sessions: We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

3. How we use your data

• To authenticate you and maintain your session.
• To fetch your Google Analytics data and generate AI-powered reports.
• To store and display your reports within the MetrikoAI dashboard.
• To improve the reliability and performance of our service.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your GA4 data to train AI models or share it with any third party beyond what is necessary to operate the service (e.g., OpenAI API for report generation).

4. Third-party services

• Google OAuth 2.0 & Google Analytics API – used for authentication and data access. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• OpenAI API – used to generate the text of your reports. Your GA4 data is sent to OpenAI for this purpose. Governed by OpenAI's Privacy Policy.

5. Data retention

Your account data and reports are retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@metrikoai.com.

6. Data security

We use HTTPS/TLS for all data in transit. Your Google OAuth tokens are stored encrypted in our database. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

7. Your rights
