1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using MetrikoAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

MetrikoAI is a web application that connects to your Google Analytics 4 account and uses AI to generate human-readable analytics reports. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Account & authentication

You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs through your MetrikoAI session. Notify us immediately at support@metrikoai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Pricing & billing

  • Free tier: Your first report is free, no credit card required.
  • Subscription: After your first report, continued access requires an active subscription at $5/month.
  • Prices may change with reasonable notice. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use automated means to scrape or abuse the Service.
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.
  • Use the Service to process data for which you do not have the necessary rights and permissions.

7. Your data & Google Analytics

You grant MetrikoAI the right to access your Google Analytics data solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have the authority to grant such access for the GA4 properties you connect. We will not use your GA4 data for any purpose other than generating your reports.

8. Intellectual property

The MetrikoAI platform, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by MetrikoAI. The reports generated from your data are yours. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the MetrikoAI platform without our permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated reports are informational and should not be treated as professional business, legal, or financial advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any report.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetrikoAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections 8, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
